Castlereagh & District Dog Training Club

 Welcome to the Castlereagh & District Dog Training Club website.

The club, started in 1981, teaches dog training through the "positive reinforcement" method. It has a large membership interested in a wide range of activities including:

• Puppy Socialisation and Basic Obedience,
• Training for the Kennel Club Good Citizen Certificates,
• Competition work in both Obedience and Agility disciplines.

Members of the club have represented Northern Ireland at Crufts in individual and team agility and obedience, and also represented Great Britian in the European Open Agility.

Currently the club meets every Wednesday between 7pm and 10pm in the Ballycoan Hall at the junction of the Ballycoan Road and the Upper Mealough Road.
